With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Mr. Ulysses Samuel Gilyard, 93, who entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC. He was born on Tuesday, September 3, 1929.
The family will be receiving visitors beginning on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 10 Wausau Street, Summerton, SC.
A public viewing will be held on Sunday, June 18, 2023 from 4pm-7pm at King-Fields Mortuary, 3 Larry King Highway Summerton, SC 29148.
Funeral Services are set for Monday, June 19, 2023, 2pm at Historic Taw Caw Missionary Baptist Church, 1130 Granby Lane, Summerton, SC 29148.
Mask are required to be worn during services and while visiting with the family.
