She was born on December 22, 1945 in Orangeburg, SC to Maglean Caldwell Moultrie and the late Ernest Moultrie.

A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

The family will receive friends from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Friday, December 11, 2020 at the home of Hattie Williams, 2002 Jim Ross Road, Summerton, SC. Mask Are Required.
