Rosa Wendler was a mother, a grandmother, a great-great grandmother, an aunt, and a friend.  She helped many in her life.  As a young adult she moved from SC to Brooklyn, NY to explore what life had in store for her.  She went to Cosmetology school, later opening her own beauty salon.  Where she also employed many others.  She was a woman of stature and courage that was not afraid to take on life and all it had to offer.  She loved to travel. Being on highway 95 was her joy and happiness in life.  She retired and decided to travel the world, while living in NY, and Florida and later Sumter, SC.  This was her life.  She lived it with no regrets, just laughter and love.
